Role

As the Zonal Head - Sales, you will be a part of the Emerging Mobility Buisness Unit and will report to Head - Sales.
In this role, you will help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by developing market led strategies for performing competitively and effectively. You will be responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, dealer potential, crafting sales plans, executing and monitoring plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.
The job involves sales planning, sales process management, planning & execution requisite marketing/ sales promotion actions and channel management.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

1. Strategic Inputs - Drive and achieve Business Objectives for the zone in alignment with the national and organization goals
- Formulate Strategy and Set Direction to achieve Business Plans
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.




- Analyze market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
- Participate in decisions for expansion and acquiring market share in new markets, cities and towns
- Build and promote strong, enduring relationships with dealers and other stakeholders by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
2. Build and develop robust and effective sales team for achieving business plan for the zone
- Guidance and strategic direction to the team

- Enable team by providing supporting environment and tactical support
3. Channel Management
- Engage, align and drive channel partners to enhance business growth and gain market share
