JOB DESCRIPTION:

-4 to 7 years of IT experience with relevant experience in Monitoring tool.

-Should have expertise in Monitoring tools like Check_mk, Moogsoft, ELK.

-Implementation, customization, upgrade and support of Moogsoft tool (v7.x and above)

-Sound understanding of Linux Platform.

-Experience in the implementation, customization, upgrade and support of Check mk tool.

-Sound experience of java script and REST API's.

-Sound understanding of ITSM & ITOM concepts.

-Should have sound understanding of IT concepts like Network configurations, Backup, SAML, Firewall, Interfaces.

-Sound experience in working with APIs, change workflows, developing custom scripts, integrations, and report customization.

-Deep troubleshooting experience and ability to manage the demanding customers.

-Well versed with ITSM workflows & ITIL processes followed in daily support.

-Strong troubleshooting skills.

-Quick learner and able to pick multiple IT tools & technologies.

-Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
