Rate: 90,000 - 1,00,000 LPM

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced AI Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions. You will lead a team of engineers and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable and impactful AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end AI/ML solution development and deployment
- Design and implement machine learning models and pipelines
- Work closely with business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions
- Mentor and guide a team of AI/ML engineers
- Ensure best practices in model development, evaluation, and deployment
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies
- Collaborate with data engineering teams for data preparation and processing

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in AI/ML development and 4 years of experience in AI




- Strong programming skills in Python and relevant AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Deep Learning projects
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Robust understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics
- Experience in deploying models using APIs and microservices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in leading AI teams or projects
- Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, and optimization
- Exposure to Generative AI and LLMs is a plus
