About the Role

We are looking for a driven and
results-oriented Account Executive (AE) with 3–5 years of experience
in B2B sales to manage the complete sales cycle—from identifying and
qualifying opportunities to negotiating and closing deals.

The ideal candidate should be
confident in engaging decision-makers, understanding business challenges,
delivering compelling product demonstrations, and converting qualified
prospects into long-term customers. This role requires a strong combination of inbound
sales handling and outbound prospecting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage
the end-to-end B2B sales cycle, from initial prospect engagement
through deal closure.
- Qualify
and follow up on inbound leads to identify high-potential sales
opportunities.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, calls, networking,
and other sales channels.
- Research
target accounts, industries, and key decision-makers to build a robust
sales pipeline.
- Conduct




effective discovery calls to understand customer needs, pain
points, business objectives, and buying processes.
- Deliver
engaging product demonstrations and sales presentations tailored to
prospect requirements.
- Prepare
and present proposals, quotations, and commercial solutions.
- Manage
follow-ups and maintain consistent engagement with prospects throughout
the sales cycle.
- Handle commercial discussions, negotiations, and objections effectively.
- Close
deals and ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding or customer
success teams.
- Build
and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers.
- Maintain
accurate and up-to-date sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline
information in the CRM.
- Meet
or exceed assigned revenue, pipeline, and sales targets.

with marketing, business development, and customer success teams to
improve lead conversion and revenue growth.
