Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Techno-Functional Consultant with experience in SAP Concur to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business processes and technical implementation, driving system enhancements, integrations, and support for travel and expense (T&E;) management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams for SAP Concur.

· Configure and maintain SAP Concur modules (Expense, Travel, Request, Invoice, etc.).

· Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

· Lead the implementation and integration of SAP Concur with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).

· Provide end-to-end support including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user training.

· Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, HR, Procurement) to optimize T&E; workflows.





· Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and change control procedures.

· Support audits and ensure the solution complies with internal controls and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

· 3–7 years of hands-on experience in a techno-functional role with SAP Concur.

· Solid understanding of business processes related to travel, expense, and invoice management.

· Experience with SAP Concur configuration, user support, and reporting (e.g., Cognos or Intelligence Reporting).

· Familiarity with integration tools/APIs between SAP Concur and ERP platforms.

· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
