Job Description Summary
All activities relating to enhancing services technology integrating customer data, or capturing engines/products reliability, availability, maintenance, safety and other performance parameters. Includes hourly, nonexempt and exempt employees as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for current unit installation / startup and other outage work scopes providing engineering response support for critical issues, timely and efficiently
- Provide support and resolve in depth, technical issues in Plant Electrical systems including Generator/Transformer/Breaker protection,



LV/MV Switchgear, DC systems, Power transformers, Instrument transformers, GCB, Electrical enclosure, Iso-phase ducts, Earthing system and balance of plant electrical systems equipment’s
- Lead root cause investigations for issues with significant fleet impact from initial investigation through the corrective and preventive action phase;
- Assure all component designs meet requirements for customers;
- Support and coordinate with interfacing organizations such as manufacturing, sourcing, services operations, quality, and design engineering to fulfill customer needs;
- Communicate progress across all levels of the organization depending on the criticality
- Travel to customer locations based on need to:
- Support customer technical discussions and present technical recommendations
- Support unplanned/forced outages to return unit back to service
- Extend technical support for the sales and services
