Key Responsibilities
-
Lead functional implementation of Oracle Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and SLA
-
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
-
Configure Oracle Financials modules as per business processes
-
Prepare and maintain Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and setup documents
-
Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
-
Conduct CRP, UAT, and user training sessions
-
Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution
-
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
-
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integrated solutions
-
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes
