Role Overview

As a Senior Growth Analyst, you’ll own the analysis, strategy, and optimization of user
acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth across our mobile and web products.
Working closely with the CMO, you’ll transform data into actionable growth initiatives and drive
measurable business outcomes.
You’ll lead growth initiatives across App Store Optimization (ASO), paid acquisition, lifecycle
marketing, brand growth, web-to-app conversion, and product analytics. You’ll independently
identify growth opportunities, design experiments, optimize marketing performance, and influence
product decisions through data-driven insights.
This role is ideal for professionals who combine analytical thinking, business acumen, and
execution excellence to build scalable growth engines for global consumer products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth Strategy & Business Ownership
● Own key growth metrics, including user acquisition, activation, retention, conversion, and
revenue across mobile and web products.




● Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies aligned with business objectives.

● Identify growth opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and drive measurable business outcomes.

● Present growth insights, recommendations, and performance updates directly to the CMO.

● Own revenue growth targets in partnership with Product and Marketing teams.

● Drive initiatives that improve profitability, customer lifetime value, and marketing efficiency.

2. Product & Growth Analytics
● Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, retention cohorts, and revenue performance
using product analytics platforms.
● Build executive dashboards and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for business and
product growth.

● Identify growth bottlenecks and recommend actionable solutions backed by data.

● Leverage Mixpanel, Firebase, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools to support strategic
decision-making.
