Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Reviewer with a solid background in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various types
of commercial and technology-related agreements. The ideal candidate will have
a comprehensive understanding of legal principles and practical experience in
handling diverse contractual frameworks, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks,
and safeguarding organizational interests.

Key Responsibilities

Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of
contracts, including:
- Commercial
Contracts
- Technology
Contracts
- Service
Agreements
- Master
Service Agreements (MSA)
- Statements
of Work (SOW)
- Other
forms of contractual documents as required
- Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws,
regulations, and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate potential legal and business
risks in contractual terms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Legal,
Procurement, Finance, Operations) to align contract terms with business
objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of contract versions,
approvals,



and execution status.
- Provide legal advice and guidance on contractual
obligations, liabilities, and dispute resolution.
- Support continuous improvement of contract
templates and processes.

Requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Law
degree (LL.B or equivalent); additional certifications in contract
management or technology law preferred.

Experience:

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts.
- Proven
expertise in commercial, technology, and service contracts.
- Familiarity
with MSA, SOW, and other contractual frameworks.
- Strong
understanding of contract law, intellectual property, data privacy, and
regulatory compliance.
- Excellent
drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability
to manage multiple contracts simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong
communication and stakeholder management skills.
