We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Staff Engineer to provide technical leadership, architectural direction, and hands-on development across our full technology stack. This role will drive the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performing applications while mentoring engineering teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of large-scale distributed systems and contemporary web applications.
- Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes.

- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
