- Production schedule & Volume adherence
- Skill development of manpower working in cells
- Deployment of manpower as per production schedule
- Ensuring setups as per production plan and ensure adecuate cycle time of CNC as well as SPM Machine.
- Inspection as per plan and correction based on CMM Report.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives that reduces cost of operations, improves service level, capacity, productivity, reduction of man days, tool cost, rejection & consumables etc.
- 5S score Improvement and ensure TPM activity on shop floor with safe workplace on shop floor
