- Execute UAT test cases for Sales, Pricing, and Ecommerce modules
- Assist in test data setup and setting validation
- Log and track defects, retest after fixes, and update test documentation
- Work closely with senior testers and leads to understand business flows
- Participate in requirement walkthroughs and test case reviews
- Ensure test coverage and report progress to leads

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Basic experience with UAT testing for ecommerce or CRM platforms
- Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr)
- Good analytical and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:
- ISTQB Foundation certification (or pursuing)
- Exposure to Agile methodology
- Basic understanding of pricing and sales workflows
- Willingness to learn automation and API testing
