Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
 Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to achieve annual sales
targets.

 Identify and secure new business opportunities in the PEB, industrial, warehousing, logistics,
infrastructure, manufacturing, and commercial sectors.

 Generate leads through consultants, architects, project management consultants (PMCs),
contractors, and direct clients.

 Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of opportunities into
orders.

 Participate in techno-commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract finalization.

Tendering & Proposal Management

 Coordinate with estimation, design, and commercial teams for preparation of competitive
proposals.

 Review tender documents, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.

 Lead bid strategy discussions and ensure timely submission of proposals.

Requirements




Desired Candidate Profile

 Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) preferred; MBA in Marketing will be an added
advantage.

 Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), Structural Steel Structures, Heavy Fabrication, Industrial
Construction, Infrastructure Projects.

 Proven track record of securing large industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

 Strong understanding of PEB/ Structural design concepts, costing, tendering, and project
execution processes.

 Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

 Solid commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability.

 Willingness to travel extensively for business development activities.
