Relationship Management: Serve as a single point of contact for new policyholders during the initial months of policy activation.

Issue Resolution: Handle post-sale queries, complaints, or requests with prompt resolution and escalation when necessary.

Policy Servicing Support: Assist clients with changes such as nomination updates, address changes, premium payments, and more.

Retention Focus: Proactively engage with clients nearing renewal periods to ensure continued policy engagement and renewal.
