You will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and production support. The position combines hands-on application development with troubleshooting, performance optimization, and continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate closely with business users, analysts, architects, and project managers to translate operational needs into reliable technical solutions. - Develop and maintain application components, APIs, interfaces, integrations, and related technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and follow established coding standards, development methodologies, and engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, bugs, performance issues, and production incidents.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for production applications, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve stability, availability, and efficiency.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive and corrective measures to reduce recurring issues.
