Overview: Johnson Controls is seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce QA Analyst to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our Salesforce applications. The role involves collaboration with both onshore and offshore teams in an Agile workplace, working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, developers, and other stakeholders to design, execute, and maintain test cases for Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional requirements, business use cases, and user stories.
- Create and maintain test data for both functional and integration testing.
- Conduct UI, functional, and regression testing.
- Design, develop, and execute test scripts.
- Support the setting up of a testing automation framework for CRM using testing tools such as Panaya and Worksoft.
- Perform integration testing to ensure smooth communication between Salesforce and third-party systems (e.g., ERP, payment gateways).
- Identify, document,



and track defects in tools like Jira, ensuring timely resolution.
- Re-test fixed defects and verify that solutions meet acceptance criteria.
- Perform API testing to verify integrations with external systems using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
- Participate in Agile sprint cycles/ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions.
- Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and best practices within the team.
- Provide regular test status reports and defect metrics to management

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience testing all phases of QA efforts for medium to large enterprise Salesforce implementation projects, specifically in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Experience with manual testing of Salesforce projects using Agile Scrum methodology.
