Roles and responsibilities
- HR Statutory & Compliance Management

Manage end-to-end HR statutory compliance and governance, ensuring adherence to labour laws and regulations, including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, PT, LWF, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act, Trade Licence, POSH, and other applicable statutory requirements. Oversee compliance audits, statutory filings, vendor compliance, regulatory reporting, and stakeholder coordination while mitigating risks and ensuring organizational compliance.
- HR Branch Compliance Management

Manage end-to-end HR branch compliance, including registration, renewal, and amendment of Shops & Establishment and Trade Licenses, while ensuring regulatory adherence through periodic HR branch audits, compliance reviews, documentation management, and coordination with statutory authorities and internal stakeholders.
- Provident Fund (PF) Management

Manage end-to-end Provident Fund operations,



including employee enrolment, monthly contributions, statutory filings, UAN management, claim processing, compliance, audits, and liaison with EPFO, ensuring timely and accurate administration in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Audit Management

Lead and coordinate internal, external, statutory, and compliance audits by ensuring robust documentation, process adherence, timely stakeholder engagement, and effective issue resolution, consistently achieving zero audit observations and non-conformities.
- Employee Perks & Insurance Management

Manage end-to-end administration of employee insurance and retirement benefit programs, including Group Mediclaim (GMC), Group Personal Accident (GPA), Group Term Life (GTL), and Future Service Gratuity (FSG). Oversee policy enrolments, employee lifecycle updates, claims management, vendor and insurer coordination, actuarial assessments, gratuity funding, compliance, and sta
