Job purpose:

The Solution Team Lead, APAC is a critical role within the Global Solutions team, responsible for leading a team of Solutions Engineers in a strategically significant region for Janes. This is a hands-on technical leadership position, combining people management with direct involvement in complex customer integrations and solution delivery.

Working within the Global Product Solutions team, you will be accountable for enabling the integration and optimisation of Janes’ interconnected intelligence capabilities across the APAC customer base. This includes managing and developing a high-performing engineering team,



while also contributing personally to priority customer engagements where deep technical expertise and architectural judgement are required.

The role underpins Janes’ growth across the Asia-Pacific region. You will manage and work alongside the APAC Solutions team supporting mission-critical customer operations, embedding Janes data into customer environments, enabling interoperability with third-party and customer datasets, and aligning delivered solutions with customers’ AI, intelligence, and data strategies. You will play a key role in shaping how Janes data is deployed and consumed within complex, operational systems.
