Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) – Cyber (Governance, Risk & Compliance / Security Operations)
Role/Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) to lead the design, configuration, and end-to-end technical delivery of ServiceNow Cyber implementations across GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance), SecOps (Security Operations), and core Platform modules. The role combines hands-on platform engineering with technical leadership of a large delivery team, ensuring solutions are built to ServiceNow best practice, are well documented, and are delivered on time and to quality. The incumbent will work closely with Solution Architects, Project/Delivery Managers, and client stakeholders across the full delivery lifecycle, from requirement analysis through to deployment and hypercare.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Delivery & Implementation
- Create, configure, and lead ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) / SecOps (Security Operations) / Platform based technical implementations, including core setup,



workflow administration, reporting, data imports, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations.
- Build and configure script objects such as Business Rules, Script Includes, UI (User Interface) Policies and Actions, Client Scripts, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, custom tables, and ACLs (Access Control Lists) in line with ServiceNow best practice.
- Design, develop, and deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including the ability to create and modify Workflows and Flow Designer flows.
- Establish interfaces between ServiceNow and other platforms in line with integration opportunities identified by Solution Architects, using REST (Representational State Transfer) / SOAP (Straightforward Object Access Protocol) / API (Application Programming Interface) / Web Services.
- Migrate data from disparate tools into ServiceNow and perform data loads for platform applications.
