Job Description:

We are hiring for a leading Life Insurance company. The role involves managing and driving sales through a team of Advisors, ensuring achievement of sales targets, and maintaining high-quality sales standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive cross-selling and new sales through the assigned team of Advisors

Ensure consistent achievement of sales plan numbers and sales standards

Drive input behaviours and productivity of the advisor team

Maintain and improve sales quality by meeting persistence standards

Train and develop advisors on recent product launches and policy revisions

Ensure advisor participation in trainings and GO-meets

Desired Qualification & Experience:

Graduate with 3+ years of total experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in the Insurance sector

Proven sales track record, preferably in Life Insurance

Experience in cross-selling sales teams

Strong skills in team supervision, development, and networking
