Job Summary:
As an HRIS Analyst III, this skilled will be responsible for the maintenance, optimization, and analysis of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), with a primary focus on Workday. This role involves managing HR data, generating reports, and providing technical support to ensure the efficient operation of HR systems. They will lead HRIS-related projects and initiatives for system enhancements and upgrades, and act as subject matter experts across multiple Workday functional areas.

Shift Timings: Monday to Friday 6:30pm to 3:30am IST
Location: Mumbai -Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain HRIS applications, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across the Workday platform.
- Participate in and lead the planning, testing, and implementation of new HRIS modules and features, including Workday's semi-annual release cycles.
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security roles, condition rules, calculated fields, and reports to meet evolving business needs.




- Coordinate with vendors and external consultants for system upgrades and customizations.
- Ensure data security and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues, providing technical support to HR users.
- Serve as the assigned SME for 3+ functional areas (e.g., Recruiting, Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Absence, learning, peakon and extend).
- Provide guidance and support for more junior team members.
- Stay up to date on major releases and news across assigned functional areas.
- Responsible for QMS procedures listed in QMS Procedure Crosswalk found in QMS Manual as applicable.

What We Are Looking For:
- 8-10 years of experience in HRIS analysis, support, or similar role.
- Proven ability to independently lead Workday functional areas end-to-end — including Recruiting and others — owning configuration, enhancements, and production support. (Mandatory)
