Responsibilities:
- Collect data on sectors and companies and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
- Understand business objectives and conduct financial due diligence on prospective companies and other business opportunities
- Analyze feasibility and validity of financial and business plans including ability to validate and vet valuation models proposed by targets
- Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis
- Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations




- Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases
- Provide competitive analysis on various companies' market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
- Remain fully informed on M&A; space, other parties researches and implement best practices

- Proven Market Research Analysis experience
- Demonstrated ability to analyze corporate financial balance sheets and P&L; summaries

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in M&A; activities
