OVERVIEW

As a Business Activator, you join established teams focused on supporting capabilities that enable our supply chain teams to make faster and more connected end-to-end decisions. These capabilities are designed to support performance management processes, improve process efficiency, and enable more proactive conversations that deliver value. A key focus of this role will be facilitating end-user feedback and helping to continually evolve these capabilities to drive stronger adoption and deeper integration into day-to-day business processes.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES




- Drive end-user engagement on MillsWorks products to accelerate adoption of capabilities developed and prioritized by the central team.
- Lead end-user education and training efforts on MillsWorks products to support consistent local adoption.
- Support the Product Owner in connecting with business teams to identify and gain access to key end users for testing, feedback, and support.
- Provide prioritization guidance to Product Owner on most impactful backlog requests and drive any process change to incorporate updates.
- Support the pod with coordination and facilitation of sprint Sponsor Demos and end-user feedback sessions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Supply Chain Expertise
- Demonstrated strong expertise in core functional Supply Chain capabilities.
