Job Summary for Delivery Manager (PHP)
- Oversee and manage large-scale product/projects in complex technology environments, ensuring successful build, release, and maintenance.
- Lead distributed scrum teams and manage scrum of scrums delivery, coordinating across multiple teams and delivery project managers.
- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices, making key decisions and providing value-driven leadership.
- Instill and enforce best practices in coding, architectural design, application integration, performance, reliability, testability, manageability, and security.
- Support PMO activities, providing program and portfolio oversight for internal and vendor teams.
- Build effective cross-departmental relationships to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Enforce process compliance for software delivery and ongoing support.
- Provide explicit, concise status updates for project and program governance meetings.
- Engage in technical and functional discussions with clients, senior analysts, and developers.




- Enhance and evolve team development processes with distributed project leads.
- Ensure quality delivery through active involvement in technical/functional discussions and regular team feedback.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, lead status meetings, and present to large groups.
- Identify, mediate, and resolve problems; develop and implement effective solutions.
- Expert in activity/resource planning, estimation, schedule control, risk management, capacity planning, and documentation.
- Ensure on-target deliveries, portfolio satisfaction, and progress monitoring/reporting.
- Provide strong team management and leadership, keeping teams motivated and engaged.
- Possess strong technical expertise, especially in PHP and microservices architecture.
- Extensive experience as a Project Manager leading 15-20 member software teams, preferably on cloud platforms (AWS).
- Skilled in full software development lifecycle with 3+ years in Agile
