- 6–12 years total experience; 3+ years as Senior/Lead DevOps/SRE.
- Solid in at least one major cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Kubernetes operations.
- Hands-on with Terraform (or Pulumi), Git, CI/CD, and at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, or Go).
