Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in and drive end-to-end solution testing using real hardware/firmware infrastructure,



spending hands-on time conducting functional and non-functional testing solutions
- Personally develop, review, and refine comprehensive QA test plans covering functional, integration, and system-level testing scenarios for both firmware and hardware layers
- Design and execute black-box and grey-box testing to validate functional requirements, uncover edge cases, and perform deep-level debugging of issues
- Develop and contribute to test automation frameworks, scripts, and infrastructure; actively code automation solutions for complex testing scenarios
- Lead and mentor a Solutions QA team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, quality ownership, and continuous improvement
- Establish and enforce quality gates and acceptance criteria aligned with product requirements, risk analysis, and business objectives
- Collaborate daily with engineering and design teams to understand implementation details, identify
