Role Summary
The Senior SRE & DevOps Leader is a senior technical leadership role that owns enterprise platform-level Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps across all product engineering teams. This role provides end-to-end ownership of reliability,



CI/CD, setting and branch management, observability, incident response, and FinOps — defining the shared engineering standards, platform tooling, and best practices that give every product team a consistent, secure, and cost-efficient path to production. The leader sets enterprise DevOps and reliability strategy builds the central platform capabilities that teams consume, and mentors’ engineers to drive a culture of operational excellence organization wide.
Responsibilities
Enterprise SRE & Reliability Ownership
- Own enterprise platform-level reliability; define and govern SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets across all products and shared services, driving uptime, latency, and reliability targets.
- Own incident management, on-call, and blameless postmortems, along with resilience, HA/DR, scaling, and performance engineering.

Enterprise CI/CD, Build & Release Engineering
- Own and standardize
