We are looking for a skilled Salesforce OmniStudio Developer with hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OmniStudio tools and a strong background in Salesforce development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations.
- Design and build guided user experiences using OmniScripts and FlexCards.
- Develop and configure data services using Data Mappers (DataRaptors) – Extract, Load, Transform, Turbo Extract.
- Build Integration Procedures for efficient data processing and orchestration.
- Customize and deploy components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
- Work on rating calculation processes and rating engines (preferably in the insurance domain).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions in Agile environments.
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance within Salesforce applications.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in OmniStudio Development.
- Strong expertise in:
- OmniScripts
- FlexCards
- DataRaptors (Data Mappers)
- Integration Procedures
- Proficiency in:
- Apex
- SOQL
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- HTML/CSS
- Experience with Salesforce SOAP/REST APIs and custom Lightning components.
- Robust problem-solving and debugging skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 4+ years of overall Salesforce experience OR minimum 2+ years in OmniStudio development.
- OmniStudio Certification is mandatory.
Good to Have:
- Experience in end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
- Exposure to Insurance domain (rating engines, pricing models).
