Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Sr. Business Strategy Specialist to develop industry-specific content and support customer engagements in one or more industries (Telco, Healthcare, Retail, Public Sector). You'll partner with multiple internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Industry organizations to create compelling narratives, lead executive briefing development,
and drive GTM materials that connect ServiceNow solutions to customer challenges.
This role requires an AI-first mindset - both in how you work and what you create. You’ll use AI tools to accelerate research and content development, while crafting narratives that position ServiceNow’s agentic AI capabilities as key differentiators in customer transformation narratives. You should be comfortable experimenting with generative AI and AI-powered workflows to enhance your productivity and output quality. Equally significant, you’ll build the tooling — packaging your own workflows into agents and skills that scale to the wider team.
