Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of SEO to lead and scale organic growth across all GEDU Global brands. This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing a unified, enterprise-level SEO strategy that supports multi-brand, multi-market business objectives.

The role requires deep expertise in SEO within the education sector, robust command of AI-driven search optimization, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with global teams to drive student acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth through organic channels.

Key Responsibilities

Global & Multi-Brand SEO Strategy
- Define, own, and execute the global SEO strategy across all GEDU Global brands, ensuring alignment with business, marketing, and enrollment goals.
- Establish standardized SEO frameworks, governance, and best practices while allowing flexibility for brand-specific nuances.
- Set, track, and optimize SEO KPIs including organic traffic, rankings, leads, conversions, and ROI at both brand and group levels.





AI-Led Search & Future-Ready SEO
- Drive SEO strategies aligned with AI-powered search engines and experiences, including Google SGE, ChatGPT, and other AI content discovery platforms.
- Optimize content for AI-driven results, semantic search, and evolving user intent.
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates and emerging search trends to future-proof GEDU’s organic presence.

Technical SEO Leadership
- Oversee technical SEO audits and optimization across all brand websites, ensuring best-in-class site health, crawlability, indexation, and performance.
- Partner with product, IT, and development teams to embed SEO best practices into website architecture, CMS, page speed, mobile-first design, and structured data.
- Ensure consistency in technical standards across multiple domains and platforms.
