Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain content within the Content Management System (CMS), including content creation, editing, publishing, and regular updates to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Develop, document, and optimize content workflows and publishing schedules to enhance operational efficiency and timely delivery.
Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, providing actionable recommendations to improve user engagement and content effectiveness.
Troubleshoot and resolve CMS-related technical issues, collaborating with IT teams or external vendors to ensure smooth system operation.
