About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant to drive data and analytics initiatives within the GPL and Wholesale Digital & Innovation team.

In this role, you will:
- Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factors
- Perform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs
- Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data/ insights delivery
- Provide end to end data and analytics support for GPL / wholesale digital customer communications
- Research appropriate data sources and develop processes to source,



conform and curate
- Proactively Manage data gaps/accuracy while ensuring the integrity of analysis through rigorous attention to detail and validation in data
- Effectively partner with leaders in business and technology to transform data into actionable information
- Leverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported area

Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:
- 4+ years of SQL experience
- 4+ Years of hands-on experience in different Analytical/ ML and NLP techniques
- 3+ years of experience with BI tools such as Tableau and PowerBI
- Experience with web analytics and click stream data
- Experience translating data from multiple sources into actionable and meaningful insights thr
