- Creating dashboards and reports using visualization tools;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to interpret data and inform business decisions
- Participating in business stakeholder meetings to understand analytics requirements and priorities
- Communicating findings and insights through transparent data storytelling
- Developing data definition and user help documentation as needed
- Validating analytical datasets and ensuring alignment with business use cases and objectives
- Intake and triage of incoming questions and report requests
- Maintain visibility into progress and status of projects, enhancements, bug fixes, and report requests
