Azure Automation Engineer:

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Azure Automation Engineer with strong experience in cloud automation, Infrastructure

as Code, scripting, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure services and

automation frameworks to design, implement, and maintain highly scalable, secure, and reliable automated solutions

that support our cloud operations. Experience with AI-driven automation or leveraging AI tools to enhance workflows

is a major plus.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and maintain automated solutions to support cloud infrastructure provisioning,

configuration, and operational tasks in Azure.

● Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for provisioning cloud resources

consistently and repeatedly.

● Create and maintain automation scripts and workflows using PowerShell, Azure CLI, Python, and other

scripting languages as needed.





● Integrate automation solutions with Azure DevOps pipelines, Git workflows, and CI/CD processes.

● Develop runbooks, scheduled tasks, event-driven workflows, and automated remediation processes.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand automation requirements and translate them into

scalable solutions.

● Monitor, analyze, and optimize existing automation to ensure performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

● Implement logging, alerting, and reporting for automated processes.

● Leverage AI tools/technologies for intelligent automation, workflow analysis, and optimization (chatbots,

generative AI assistants, machine-assisted decision support, etc.).

● Stay current with Azure innovations and best practices to improve automation capabilities and

operational excellence.
