Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

This role required in an assigned territory is responsible for driving sales, identify & managing customers, channel partner & freelancer relationships, providing technical expertise to field team and customers, and ensuring the successful delivery and support of diesel generators. They must possess robust sales skills, product knowledge, and the ability to manage a diverse customer base. Their work includes identifying sales opportunities, negotiating deals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal OEM & channel partner sales teams to ensure smooth operations and after-sales service.

Job Activity:Business Growth of Diesel Generating Sets,Customer Visit, Visiting Prospective Customers and Fleet Owners ,Close coordination with corporate customer, OEM’s and Dealers to generate business, Tapping nische market segment.Conducting Survey of various Potential Pockets and Segments ,Product Presentation, Exhibitions & Conferences.



,Information Gathering on Competitors,Handling & Monitoring Sales with Dealers,Monthly reviews with Dealers & OEM/OEM team and Techno-commercial discussions & Order finalization with dealers/OEM.

Sales :Business Plan – Setting up goal for the area to increase market share..Ensure execution of sales process in the Areas adhering to Operating Policies & Monitor salesLiaise with Customer Base & Various channels like OEM’s, Dealers, Freelancers, Engineering Consultants, Electrical/Civil Contractors, Government Departments, Manufacturing Units etc. Bag Maximum Bulk Orders/Intuitional Business/ Govt. orders etc.

Marketing :
- Proposed and execute sales strategies along with HO for the specific needs and opportunities in the assigned territory, including product positioning and pricing strategies with OEM & dealers.
- Identify potential market / industry segments within the area.
