The opportunity :
Join our R&D; team and lead the industrialization of high-power conversion platforms for renewable energy and energy storage applications. You will work in a global, cross-functional environment alongside R&D;, operations, manufacturing, supply chain management, quality, product management, and suppliers to turn product designs and prototypes into protected, reliable, and scalable production. In this role, you will lead the India R&D; Industrialization team, with primary responsibility for industrialization and subsequent support for current and future PCS product platforms. You will own manufacturing readiness, industrialization-lab capability, pilot builds, supplier and component qualification, engineering-change implementation, localization, cost reduction, and production ramp-up throughout the product lifecycle.





How you’ll make an impact :
• Lead the India R&D; Industrialization team supporting current and future PCS product platforms, defining priorities, objectives, resource plans, competencies, and delivery commitments aligned with the global program roadmap.
• Build and execute the power converter industrialization roadmap, and own industrialization readiness across product documentation, manufacturing processes, assembly methods, tooling, fixtures, test infrastructure, quality gates, pilot builds, and production cut-in.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, controls-related, and process industrialization activities with global R&D;, local operations, manufacturing, supply chain management, quality, product management, and suppliers.
• Establish and operate the India industrialization laboratory, including assembly areas, industrial workstations, tooling, fixtures, material handling, test infrastructure, ESD c
