Job Summary (List Format):
- Position: Salesforce Administrator (Associate Technical Architect)
- Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Noida, India
- Experience Required: Minimum 8 years (with 3–5 years in Salesforce customization/configuration)
- Role Focus: Support the migration of Bullhorn (LO hiring system) to Salesforce

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Salesforce Administration tasks, including:
- User, Profile, and Permission Set management
- Record Types and Sharing Mechanisms
- Perform hands-on data operations with Data Loader, including:
- Loading relational data into Salesforce
- Understanding and working within Salesforce data limits/constraints
- Customize and configure Salesforce based on project requirements (3–4 real-time implementations)




- Apply knowledge of Entity Relationship Modelling and App Builder concepts
- Work with Salesforce Integrations as needed

Skills Required:
- Solid proficiency in Salesforce Administration
- Experience with Salesforce Customization and Configuration
- Understanding of Salesforce integrations
- Familiarity with App Builder and entity relationship modelling

Desirable Skills:
- Experience in SQL Server Development
