Ensure designs are visually appealing, consistent with brand identity, and ready for printing or online use.

Handle layout, typography, color selection, and image editing.

Responsible for generating current business, managing client relationships, promoting printing services (like flex, digital, and offset printing), preparing quotations, negotiating deals, coordinating with the design/production team for timely delivery, and achieving sales targets.

Handle printing machines used for flex, vinyl, and other large-format materials.

Prepare and check design files before printing (size, resolution, color accuracy).

Operate, monitor, and maintain flex printing machines (e.g., Roland, HP, Mimaki).

Manage ink, media, and printer settings to ensure high-quality output.

Trim, mount, and finish printed materials like banners, hoardings, and boards.

Coordinate with designers and clients for final output approval.

Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
