Your Role

Roles & Responsibilities
Complete knowledge of drawing information; building regulations and other technical documents; Accountable for coordination. Ability to supervise juniors and be responsible for reviewing technical accuracy of the deliverables. Initiates specializations in specific technologies or verticals or sectors through internal certifications or skilled charterships.
DOCUMENTATION & PROCESS KNOWLEDGE
- Full understanding of Design Stages of Work CD/SD/DD. Key performer in inter disciplinary coordination.



Ability to cross check the design/ scheme for compliance and verify consultant information.
- Ability to review the planning application/ submission requirements. Ability to liaise with clients and contractors to design as per the clients brief in compliance with the local planning policy guidelines and recommendations of statutory authority.
- Enhances skills in latest technologies/software's to augment existing knowledge and able to leverage the same to streamline the project and time/cost saving measures.
- Produces clear, concise reports that are submitted for approval.

PROJECT ADMINISTRATION
- Responsible for designing/ detailing the scheme as per the client’s brief. Proper resourcing and cost management. Liaise with the planning authority and consultants. Initiates the Multi-disciplinary coordination and client discussions. Intermediate reviews and milestone deliveries. Responsible for reviewing the quality and accuracy.
