Salary: ₹15,000 fixed per month + up to ₹5,000 performance incentives
Experience: Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of sales, recruitment, customer support, or client-facing experience
Working days: 6 days per week, with 1 weekly day off
Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
Start date: Immediate

Role Overview

Weekday AI is hiring a remote Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to speak with companies that are hiring engineering talent. You will contact prospective clients, understand their recruitment needs, explain Weekday AI’s services, qualify opportunities, schedule follow-ups, and maintain accurate activity records.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective business clients through calls, email, and online channels.

Understand client hiring requirements and explain Weekday AI’s recruitment solution.

Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads.

Schedule meetings or product discussions with interested prospects.

Maintain lead and follow-up details in the CRM or tracking sheet.

Coordinate with internal teams to support client onboarding.
