Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Engineer to support and enhance the operational efficiency of our High-Frequency Trading (HFT) environment. This role requires robust technical skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to troubleshoot and automate processes.

What You’ll Work On





• Monitor day-to-day operations of our trading systems

• Identify system and process issues and ensure timely resolution

• Develop automation scripts to improve efficiency

• Work closely with developers and traders to fix operational bottlenecks

• Implement, test, and deploy operational tools

• Ensure smooth deployment of production code

• Investigate production alerts and issues

• Maintain and enhance monitoring dashboards

What We’re Looking For

• Engineering degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field

• Good knowledge of Python and Shell/Bash scripting

• Experience with Linux environments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle fast-paced, high-pressure environments

• Familiarity with Pandas and NumPy is advantageous

• Good written and verbal communication skills
