Summary
We’re looking for a leader who will not only head performance marketing but redefine how it scales at Wirality. This role is for someone who:
● Has the rare ability to blend strong platform expertise with people leadership.
● Sees performance marketing as strategy + client servicing, not as two separate silos.
● Has 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with proven success in scaling accounts, driving ROAS,



and building best-in-class performance playbooks. We need playbooks to be built and a philosophy of working.
● Has led cross-functional teams and thrives on mentoring talent while building current-age solutions for clients.

Expanded Job Description Supervision:
● Lead and mentor the performance marketing team across multiple verticals.
● Own the strategic growth map of client accounts, ensuring KPIs are exceeded.
● Build strong client–agency relationships, becoming the trusted growth partner.
● Ensure campaigns run on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.
● Inspire the team with new ways of working - from UGC-led creative testing to performance-first storytelling.
