Senior L2 Support Engineer (HFM – Python/.NET)

Experience: 7+ Years

Location: Hybrid – Gurgaon

Shift: 7 AM – 11 PM IST (Rotational)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior L2 Support Engineer with robust expertise in HFM implementation and support along with hands-on experience in .NET, Python, and SQL.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2 support for HFM applications and financial systems

Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability

Work on enhancements, bug fixes, and minor development tasks

Collaborate with finance and technical teams

Monitor system performance and optimize queries

Skills Required:

HFM Implementation & Support

.NET (C#), Python

Advanced SQL

Incident & problem management
