The Lead Salesforce Engineer will provide development and thought leadership for a

Salesforce Service Cloud implementation supporting global, high-volume contact

centers. The role delivers architecture, configuration, programming, and integrations to

enable a contemporary digital customer experience. The position partners with

internal/external teams,



mentors engineers, and drives best practices while challenging

the status quo to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

● Architect complex technical Cloud CRM solutions.

● Integrate multiple cloud and premise-based technologies with

Salesforce.com/Force.com.

● Architect, design, and develop advanced customizations on

Salesforce.com/Force.com.

● Operate partially within US Eastern time zone to align with US-based teams.

● Perform day-to-day code changes on the Salesforce CRM platform to meet

customer requests.

● Guide technical project team members to ensure Salesforce best practices.

● Run workshops with business teams and discuss tradeoffs (configuration vs.

code).

● Map functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionality.

● Mentor junior team members in Salesforce.com, Force.com, integration

technologies, and best practices.

● Oversee vendor and internal team code reviews.
