About the Opportunity
A rapidly expanding retail jeweller across India, we specialize in luxury jewellery and fine accessories, serving high-net-worth clientele through premium boutiques and experiential retail spaces. We’re scaling our sales leadership team to drive delegate-led conference and event sales—turning high-touch engagements into consistent, high-value customer acquisition and repeat business across metros and tier-1 cities.

Role: Delegate Sales Manager

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delegate acquisition and conversion for luxury jewellery sales events, trade shows, and private client conferences across India.
- Planning, Organizing Events, Awards sales, Delegate Sales, corporate conferences, corporate programms.
- Maintaing cordial relation with customers, Clients.
- Build and manage a high-performing delegate sales team—train, motivate, and track KPIs (conversion rate, average order value, attendance rate).
- Build and manage a solid pipeline of prospective conference delegates
- Identify and reach out to jewellery retailers, founder, owners, CEOs,



CXOs and senior management.
- Drive delegate sales through outbound calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
- Understand each prospect's business profile and communicate the relevance and value of our conferences.
- Follow up systematically and convert prospects into paid delegates.
- Build relationships with senior industry professionals and create repeat participation across events.
- Maintain accurate lead, prospect and conversion data in CRM/MIS systems
- Work closely with the Events, Marketing, Editorial and Sales teams to align campaigns and delegate acquisition strategies
- Track daily and weekly sales performance against targets.
- Develop new approaches to increase delegate acquisition, conversion and revenue.
- Support the event team in ensuring a high-quality delegate mix at every conference.
