Required Skills and Qualifications:

 Experience Requirements:

10+ years of experience in software development and 3-

5 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in the mining or construction

industries.

 Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics,

Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

 Servant Leadership: Embrace a servant leadership approach with a proactive,

can-do attitude and a curiosity to learn.

 Communication and Project Management: Solid communication skills coupled with

excellent project management capabilities, along with problem-solving skills and

attention to detail.

 Technical Proficiency:

 Proficiency in software development, particularly in C, C++, Python, and

experience with embedded systems.

 UI/UX Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with UI/UX teams to ensure

user-centric design and functionality.

 Experience with agile tools such as Azure DevOps or Git.

 Awareness of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Software-in-the-

Loop (SIL) testing methodologies
