You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of ServiceNow IT Operations Management. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and developing applications, and providing technical expertise to support the migration process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for application design. - Design and develop applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Provide technical expertise and support during the migration process. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application design.

Skilled & Technical Skills: - - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management, ServiceNow IT Service Management. - - Strong understanding of IT operations management principles and best practices. - - Experience in designing and developing applications using ServiceNow platform. - - Familiarity with IT service management processes and workflows. - - Knowledge of ITIL framework and its implementation in ServiceNow. - - Solid understanding of database concepts and data modeling. - - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - - Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
