Job Summary
Avaloq is seeking a Senior Unix Engineer to design, implement,



and operate secure, scalable, and highly available Unix/Linux infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in enterprise Linux systems, cloud infrastructure, automation, and operational support. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of platform services supporting mission-critical banking applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise Unix/Linux infrastructure across data center and cloud environments
- Own and manage Linux-based environments across Dev, Test, and Production with focus on availability and reliability
- Install, configure, patch, and upgrade Linux systems in line with operational and security standards
- Monitor system performance, health, and capacity, ensuring proactive optimization
- Manage system resources including CPU, memory, storage, file syste
