Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. – Mechanical, Production Engineering.
Experience: 25+ years of overall professional experience in handling Sales, Business Development, Plant operations and overall business growth.
Work location: Pimpri chichwad in Pune
Preferred Industry: Material Handling Equipment, Conveyor Systems, Industrial Automation, EPC Project
Reporting to: MD / Chairman / Board of Directors.

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Director – Business to lead Sales, Business Development and overall business growth. The ideal candidate will have 25+ years of experience, preferably in the Material Handling / Conveyor Manufacturing / Industrial Equipment / Engineering industry, with a strong track record in B2B and project-based sales.

The position will primarily focus on Sales & Business Development, with secondary responsibility for providing strategic oversight of overall plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the company's Sales & Business Development strategy.
- Achieve and exceed revenue, order booking,



profitability and growth targets.
- Develop new customers, markets, applications and strategic business opportunities.
- Build robust relationships with OEMs, EPCs, consultants, system integrators and key industrial customers.
- Lead major customer negotiations, commercial discussions and order closures.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure effective enquiry-to-order conversion.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities and opportunities for business expansion.
- Lead, mentor and strengthen the Sales & Business Development team.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Production, Purchase, Quality and Finance for successful execution of customer commitments.
- Provide strategic oversight of plant operations, productivity, quality, delivery, cost and capacity utilization.
