Job Title: Salesforce Tester/QA

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E

Experience: 4-6 years (min 3 years relevant in Salesforce)

Skills required:

· Must have good understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud functionalities

· Should have Automotive or Manufacturing domain processes experience

· Should have positive understanding of Dealer management, Service management and Order management related processes.

· Must have experience of requirement analysis, test case creation, regression testing, test cases documentation

· Must have experience in testing functionalities as per requirement, capturing and documenting bugs/issues.

· Must have experience scripting test scenarios for salesforce applications

· Should have good understanding tools available for creation and execution of test cases.

· Should have experience in Designing,



Executing and analysing automation test scripts & test results for Salesforce applications

· Should have experience in designing and creating test conditions, test data and test scripts to address business and technical use cases

· Should be able to use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and build/script new tools for performing testing/validation function

· Should be able to document, track and escalate issues as appropriate, using JIRA

· Should be able to support during production deployment of applications and perform "validation testing"

Mandatory Skill combination:

· Salesforce Admin/ Configuration- Sales Service, Field Service

· Automation/QA/selenium/other automation exp. is good to have
